Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will change the date on this page when we do.

Scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in a quote or statement of work. We may adjust them when both sides agree.

How Projects Work

1. Quote request. Tell us what you need. We reply with a proposal.
2. Acceptance. A written confirmation of scope, price, and timeline becomes the agreement.
3. Delivery. We build and share progress according to the agreed plan.
4. Handover. You review the work and tell us about issues within the period stated in the agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are those stated in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, they cover the agreed scope. Taxes and third-party costs are extra when they apply.

Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are set out in the quote or invoice. Late amounts may incur the charges stated there.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Work already started may be billed for time and costs incurred. Cancellation terms are those in the agreement. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us promptly and we will correct it or agree another fair remedy.

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific work in question, except where the law does not allow that limit.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
• Events outside our reasonable control excuse delay for as long as they last.

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, and designs on this site belong to TechAntum or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the agreement. Until invoices are paid, TechAntum retains the rights it needs to protect unpaid work.

Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public business information private and use it only for the project, unless the law requires disclosure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith. If they are not resolved, they will be handled by the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
